• Payment information. If you purchase a paid report, our payment processor collects card details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Throughline is one of several brands operated by Tanner Hanks personally as a sole proprietor. We may use aggregated, anonymized, and individual response data internally across these brands to:

• Improve our products and develop new ones.
• Train and refine assessment models.
• Inform research and content across the brands.
• Build tools and services that benefit users across the brands.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do use data internally across the brands operated by Tanner Hanks.

How We Share Information

• Service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, payment processing, email, analytics).

Aggregated and anonymized data derived from your responses may be retained and used for the purposes described above.
• Communications. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails through the link in any email we send.
• Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the site may not work without them.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data subject rights laws, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

International Users

Throughline is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
